These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the wa999 online casino and sports betting platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers and support services available through wa999 ("the Platform"). wa999 is operated as an online entertainment platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. By accessing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

To be eligible to register and use the wa999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation or entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer or close family member of an employee of wa999 or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme with wa999 at the time of registration or re-registration.

wa999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. If wa999 determines at any point that a player does not or did not meet the eligibility requirements, the account may be suspended or permanently closed and any outstanding balance reviewed in line with these Terms.

Each eligible individual may register one account on the wa999 platform. You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process. You must promptly update any information that changes after registration. wa999 may at any time require you to verify your identity by providing documentation such as a government-issued photo identification or proof of address. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number during registration. This number serves as your account identifier and is used for account security and support communications.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify wa999 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security.
• wa999 reserves the right to close any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, to be a duplicate account. In such cases, any bonuses credited to the duplicate account may be forfeited.

wa999 retains account data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data-retention obligations. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting wa999 support. Outstanding real-money balances at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, provided all verification requirements have been met and no investigations are pending.

wa999 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Bangladesh payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the wa999 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). wa999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported Bangladesh mobile banking methods, but your payment provider may apply its own charges. All monetary amounts on the platform are displayed in Western digits (e.g. ৳20,000).

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be subject to change at wa999's discretion.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the name of the wa999 account holder. wa999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and KYC verification. wa999 may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds and winnings accrued from bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements attached to each promotion. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until all applicable rollover conditions have been fully satisfied.
• wa999 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms, or a breach of these Terms.

Deposits made to a wa999 account are held for the exclusive use of the account holder on the wa999 platform. wa999 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on deposited funds. Players are responsible for ensuring that they comply with any applicable tax obligations arising from winnings in their jurisdiction.

wa999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including a 200% welcome bonus on a player's first qualifying deposit. All bonuses offered by wa999 are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotional offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only. Each promotion specifies its own eligibility criteria; please review these before opting in.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be transferred to the real-money wallet and subsequently withdrawn.

Players must retain evidence of the qualifying deposit or action in order to support their claim.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wa999 platform. wa999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to void any associated transactions:

wa999 cooperates with relevant authorities in relation to any investigation of suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform. Any funds associated with confirmed fraudulent or illegal activity will be withheld pending the outcome of such investigations.

wa999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity; failure to comply with a verification request within a reasonable timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve months; or receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, wa999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and withhold any withdrawal pending investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact wa999 support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, provided all KYC verification requirements have been completed and no suspicious activity flags are outstanding against the account.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wa999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, even if wa999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. wa999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The wa999 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wa999 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness or reliability of the platform or any content, games or services accessible through it. wa999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, and accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from platform downtime, technical failures or third-party service interruptions beyond wa999's reasonable control.

wa999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wa999 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via the contact details held on their account, or by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact wa999 support to arrange voluntary account closure. Continued use of the Platform after amended Terms have been published constitutes unequivocal acceptance of the revised Terms, regardless of whether you have actively read them.
